This was only one part of the course but I found every module was useful to me in some way (such as the case studies or tips). So it's one of those rare things you could recommend to everyone from AE to senior team members. It was very well thought out in terms of pacing, content and supporting materials and felt very 'human' - which is hard to do on a MOOC learning programme.
